so here are my do's and dont's for my diet. hope they become usefu to you all!
1.more meat products, less carbs- i tend to eat alot of pork and chicken... beef is harder to digest so i avoid them
2. eat dairy products with 0% fat. low fat milk,yoghurt.
3. No fried foods! or less...stir fried,pan fried better- no deep fried! too much calories!
4. i avoid carbohydrates which is not that healthy as your body needs carbs but this is my way and it works when i want to lose weight
5. i drink fruit juice but i choose the ones with less sugar in it.(one glass is enough per day)
6. avoid sugary, buttery , creamy foods eg cakes,cookies. this is the hardest part.
7. Eggs- these are alright. very good if you boil them- only 80calories per egg. no more than 2 eggs per day
8. Snacks: Nuts,they contain alot of fat but they are alright in small quantities. Fruits, dried seaweed which comes in packs unsalted.
9. i eat more Vegetables, Mushrooms and Tofu- this is healthy!
10. For dessert - fruits and fruit confectionary products without fat cream, with limited amount of sugar. Kiwi fruit is rich in vitamin C and dietary fibers, potassium, and contains an enzyme , that helps digestion.apples are the best! all the berries are good and low in calories too. eat alot of fruits! becareful: bananas give you lots of energy so eat that during the first half of your day
12 . Salty food is not good! they are high in sodium! avoid...
13. So i try to avoid Mcdonalds, burger king and all that fatty unhealthy rubbish which happens to be one of my favorite.
14. Drink Plenty of water!
15. i work out....everyone should work out!
16. lastly, chew slowly. take your time with the meal infront of you. dont rush. chewing helps with digestion
dude your diet plan is pretty legit! I must must must start working out again too
