hello december!

aww guys! i have not been updating my blog at all! not that anyone reads..well there might be a few people who visit but yeah..i let myself down! i wanted to blog often, make it something i do daily ...oh well..let me tell you about my life at the moment. Well, GREAT. lifes great. my previous posts on life was..thumbs down! now im finally getting back on track and everythings working out slowly...:) life is really so full of ups and downs. one moment i wana cry myself out and hide..the other its like i wana be out there, show the world im happy. and it all happens so fast...these ups and downs just come and go as they please. i wish that i would just be happy and satisfied with everthing (fullstop)
it was Fathers day in Thailand yesterday! which is his masjesty the King's Birthday. 5th of December, its a very special day in thailand. i got me daddy a cute cupcake! its bigger than your average cupcake though, its so cute and i forgot to take a picture! dang! well my daddy liked it! heheehe i Love You Dad :)
its nearly Christmas! Hohoho!  and im having so much fun planning Xmas gifts for everyone! i made a list of names for ppl who will recieve my gift, treats really. 40 people will be getting my Xmas gifts (i hope everyone on the list gets it) im looking forward to this, i know ill be putting alot of smiles on peoples faces! i really dont know whats gotten into me, but lately all i want to do is give out happiness to everyone, big or small..it must mean something. in thai it means 'num jai' น้ำใจ ..just being kind..i dont know too.. for Friends and Family! :) aw just thinking about this makes me so happy and IM NOT exaggerating or trying to be nice nor trying to make myself look good. (no one reads my blog anyways) im a nice person! LOL but i do have my evil nasty side too...well doesnt everyone??? :s We're HUMANS! LOL

hi guys! finally i have some time to make a new post! its been weeks since my last post. ive been fine, just a little tired from not being able to sleep. Insomnia problems i guess. i feel so unhealthy right now, diet not working and FOUR pimples on my face.They are red swollen and ugly let me tell you...not getting enough sleep you see...hate meeting people when i walk around uni. they wont see me, they'll see the four red spots on my face! oh well... how was halloween for everyone? good? i had fun, for most of the time..Went to tease, champagne wine the usual...i got tipsy and ordered my fave to finish off my night -lychee cosmo- pink and sparkly-yummy! ended up at the thonglor police station because someone i knew was drunk-driving. its strict in thailand and she ended up in jail! Anyways i really am not feeling so good at this moment. really...have you ever felt like your meant for something big special but nothing good is happening to you? you know you deserve sooo much more... you just know you do but nothing is going as planned. Actually there is NO plan....i hope you know what i mean. i really am not so good at explaining my thoughts and feelings! hah!  i hate this! i feel so down. I really dont know what to do or feel. all i want now? OK 3 things. Lose weight, new car, gain my parents trust and support. really feel like i let so many people down these pass few months( or pass year...) Its hard to explain....im at dorm now and i extremely want to go home! No homework..going to watch some episodes of lost and hula hoop. then sleep. i need that. Only if i was still allowed to drive, i would NOT be in this room. not that its bad. my dorm is so cute and cosy! AW just reminded myself that i need to take pictures to show you all! next time alright? x

at jj market

what a tiring day this had been! i didnt sleep at all last night. i stayed up for breakfast, i went to the temple...no parking! it was so crowded! i came back home took a long long nap. got up went to JJ night market,avenue ratchayothin..my last stop was at a restaurant called 'the local' which wasnt so local like it sounds haha well it was a pretty chilled out restaurant...i liked it. breezy because there was water surrounding us everywhere. good day. shopping at jj market is always fun lol and you find food practically on every corner..actually everywhere you walk so its nice haha. tourists love JJ market! Hot,packed with people but its worth the experience..things are so cheap here, plus you can always ask for more and more bargain haha. so it was a good day. here are some pics to show you, then im off to take a shower then sleep. x  eyelids are rock-heavy!

weekend

Brea GM! isnt it gorgeous, the red looks fake doesnt it but still its beautiful! so chic! i want a dark purple one but its out of stock in France and in Englandd! i dont wana get it in thailand(i bet its also out of stock here) cus i wont get tax refund, plus it will cost more here anyway. meh. its so cute. but i found a new fave...its called LV annie. ill post a picture on my next post if i dont forget..its a multi-colour bag..looks even more fake...anyway....

 

nothing fun this weekend. friday. saturday and now sunday. home for my weekend. no night outs no shopping but that didnt kill me and im perfectly happy to just do nothing. ok i doo want to go out really badly but im ok with not going...actually, i did go out today...to dorm. my uni is starting again and i wanted a change..i moved out of my old dorm into the new one...i'll take pics for you all when its all done! i will miss my old room it was so nice apart from that all i did was watch lost (season 3 now) and work out. about 40 mins on my treadmill everynight and alot of hula-hooping...still trying to lose weight...and i succeeded! hooray! No, was not following the Green Apple Diet plan! i ate normally...just less carbs,less fried foods and work out! 2 kilos...but still along way to go...5 more kilos to go. setting my target just at the right place, not too high and not too low and im damn sure i can do this! Its just a matter of time before i GAIN back those two kilos... i always gain then lose really quickly. i really need to be more careful with eating. I have to maintain this weight and lose more NOT gain.

3:40am now in thailand and i have to wake up at 6:40am tomorrow to go to the temple! its a very important day 2mrw in thailand and most people will be attending this ceremony/event. hehe so yeps, gona need my sleep now. and i have wet hair cus i washed my own hair tonight, it got so itchy! (normally i dont cus my hair is so long, hard to style so yeah i get it done mostly)


any good movies to watch? i want to watch a good movie and spill some popcorns!!! :] x

tease.

i wanted to update my blog last night but i was abit drunk, just abit. i went to 'Tease' which is a restaurant/bar/gallery at j avenue...i hang out here so often nowadays. i didnt like it so much the first time i came but ive lost count now and i actually enjoy coming here after a few times..so many gays...and girls with chopstick legs which i would kill for. it was this girls bday party and all of them were wearing white, i guess its their theme. im so glad, normally i get so drunk whenever i go out. i only had champagne, prosecco...then a glass or two of wine afterwards.im beginning to realize that whenever i drink whisky i get drunk much faster than when i drink wine/champagne..hmmm. and after years of drinking im still so suprised at how fast i get drunk... why am i not a good drinker?? damn. one thing i really want to do right now is go shopping. just a whole day of shopping. i misss it so bad! i miss the feeling of seeing something i like and knowing that i'll have to be spending money on it haha. or seeing something i like but knowing that i would look terrible wearing it wahaha actually thats such a shitty feeling...i am so extremely tired right now. i need to sleeep. goodnight ppl x

i sat infront of my telly all day watching series, eating and downloading cooking video clips. i went out last night or the night before ..cant remember...i kind of ate fried chicken when i was drunk after my night out so i guess my so called no-meat diet for 10 days is so over. F. anyways, i woke up at 3pm today and ate all day until late at night. the last thing i had before taking a shower was some bread and pandan custard sauce which was so good. hate to break it to you but  my diet is a total failure! i knew this would happen! ive failed plenty of times at this, i never really succeeded and its such a shame. i ought to quit with the word 'diet' or 'my diet starts tomorrow' because it never works. how about i say 'ill eat and be happy' i bet my friends wont remember me the next time i meet them. i just cant seem to do it. losing weight is so hard! gona sleeep now goodnight and good morning. its 5am in thailand. really need to start sleeping at the right time. x

diet

so here are my do's and dont's for my diet. hope they become usefu to you all!


1.more meat products, less carbs- i tend to eat alot of pork and chicken... beef is harder to digest so i avoid them
2. eat dairy products with 0% fat. low fat milk,yoghurt.
3. No fried foods! or less...stir fried,pan fried better- no deep fried! too much calories!
4. i avoid carbohydrates which is not that healthy as your body needs carbs but this is my way and it works when i want to lose weight
5. i drink fruit juice but i choose the ones with less sugar in it.(one glass is enough per day)
6. avoid sugary, buttery , creamy foods eg cakes,cookies. this is the hardest part.
7. Eggs- these are alright. very good if you boil them- only 80calories per egg. no more than 2 eggs per day
8. Snacks: Nuts,they contain alot of fat but they are alright in small quantities. Fruits, dried seaweed which comes in packs unsalted.
9. i eat more Vegetables, Mushrooms and Tofu- this is healthy!
10. For dessert - fruits and fruit confectionary products without fat cream, with limited amount of sugar.  Kiwi fruit is rich in vitamin C and dietary fibers, potassium, and contains an enzyme , that helps digestion.apples are the best! all the berries are good and low in calories too. eat alot of fruits! becareful: bananas give you lots of energy so eat that during the first half of your day
12 . Salty food is not good! they are high in sodium! avoid...
13. So i try to avoid Mcdonalds, burger king and all that fatty unhealthy rubbish which happens to be one of my favorite.
14. Drink Plenty of water!
15. i work out....everyone should work out!
16. lastly, chew slowly. take your time with the meal infront of you. dont rush. chewing helps with digestion

green apple diet

i just had 2 apples. one green, one red and even though its a fruit, i regret eating at this time! its so late, 1am! i should be sleeping but im not instead im eating. great. i feel so fat. starting from tomorrow im only going to eat apples and vegetables. maybe abit of carbs..just ABIT. my target is lo tose 5 kilos in 10 days, with apples and vegetables. im still on my veggie/fruit diet...no animal products at all so this prevents me from all the cakes, cookies,pie ....oh damn i crave them so much.ill be working out tooo, 30 mins of exercise everynight. hula-hoooping for 40 mins everyday. i hope this works....talking about apples i would really love some apple crumble or apple fritter right now. if i was a stick skinny girl i would be ordering myself the biggest mcdonalds set ever. i love how mcdonalds is a 24 hour service fast food restaurant. i would be down in my kitchen making myself nooodles and stuffing everything down my throat. i just really want to lose weight! im like exploding out of my university uniform! hahaha

its 4am in thailand and ive just finished watching season 4 of heroes! haha i know this series was ages ago but ive only started watching... i like it! seasons 1 and 2 was so much better though...the whole carnival and people with abilities camping out was just abit boring. i couldnt take my eyes off the screen in seasons 1 and 2, it was so good! my title today is 'peter' an yes if you watch heroes then you know who i mean..peter petrelli! hahaha ive only started to like him so much in seasons 3 and 4...peter is so adorable. i just love the way he talks and that crooked smile! his mouth is always crooked when he talks though... Milo Ventimiglia ♥ what a cute name right? i really do like him..i have always had celebrity crushes..how silly! 


enough about that lol, i did nothing much today. i slept in until 3, i went out last night to nunglen/esco bar and it was packed as usual. you guys will have no clue what this place is unless you live where i do, bangkok city! well dont forget if you ever want to visit thailand, you can always ask me for suggestions on where to go..id be more than happy to help out anyways after i got up, i went out to the supermarket. im on this vegetarian diet now so no meat for me..that would be 8 more days for me until i can go back to enjoying meaty meals. cant wait! i misss pork,chicken,beef... this also means i cannot drink milk or eat cheese because this is quite a strict form of diet in thailand. we call it 'J' okay makes no sense to many of you well, its basically a diet which consists of everything except diary products, anything made from animal. fish included. eggs included. yes..eggs included! you have no clue how much i love eggs- every form of eggs! fried, boiled, scrambled..whatever you name it! meh! im sure i'll be just fine though. ill get through it ;) clocks ticking and its nearly 5...i guess im gona have go now.. feeling sleepy. oh one last thing i had the BEST fried mushrooms today, they were scrumptious! dont have a picture though..i shouldve taken one! goodnight and good morning people x

hi guys! its like 4am right now in the place that i live but im in such a blog-ful mood

i know you know what i mean :D anyways my day was good. hung out with some friends..went to paragon, mbk to get back my broken blackberry, went to market place in thonglor and then back to paragon..this is what i normally do..wonnder around without a purpose. didnt do any shopping today.

was overall a good day for me. Alot of eating out, i got some pictures to show you...

my all time fave!! i love this "lasagna salad"  made from layers of crispy romaine leaves, olives, tomato, grilled eggplants, pasta and parmesan cheese, served with thick tomato dressing. my favorite restaurant "greyhound"..always end up here when we dont know what to eat.

 alright, now i would like to introduce myself, my name is bim! im from thailand, i live in bangkok and i thought it would be nice to create a blog and start blogging haha. im a really random person and ill be blogging about many things but food in particularly i guess lol. i go out often so ill be keeping you updated on what i do in my everyday life. by the way, i got the name bimmycakes from Melissa ahaha alot of thanks to melly bells :)

its 2:36am in thailand right now and alot of people will be fast asleep...im actually quite tired but i wanted to post a blog before i do so...i dont even know if anyone will even read this blog of mine but im doing it for my own pleasure hahaha but it would be really nice if people stopped by and read what i have to say :)
